Analyze international health cooperation, actors and alliances that develop in the context of countries' foreign policy, taking into account the following aspects the relationship between policies and priorities, ways of managing cooperation, the relationships between actors, coincidences geopolitical alliances and partnerships, the processes of integration and border health. To evaluate the role of governments, civil society and aid agencies on the actions of international cooperation in health.
