This modules shows impact health and economy tobacco's, risk factor on smoking and current tobacco smoking in adults and youth. It analyzes the health and economic impact of the smoking epidemic worldwide. It presents the WHO Framework Convention for Tobacco Control and its principal mandates. Also presents the Guidelines approved by Conference of the Parties in order to help countries in the implementation of the Convention.
