In this module we will learn to understand why ethnicity is a social determinants of health. The topic such this module are the widespread adoption of the ethnic approach for achieving health equity; the development of an ethnic approach; indigenous people; afro-descendants, Romani people, migrants, and exclusion; identification and location of these populations in the region; evidence of health disparities.
