En la Policlínica Universitaria de la Familia Carlos Verdugo se realizó una Investigación en Sistemas y Servicios de Salud, con diseño observacional descriptivo transversal, para identificar su Clima Organizacional. An investigation in Health Systems and Services, with a transversal, descriptive, observational design, was carried out at the Family University Policlinic Carlos Verdugo, to identify its Organizational Climate.
