A study of seven patients of Rhabdomyosarcoma of the vagina who were treated in the Medical City Hospital for the period 1978-1986 is presented. The management consisted of surgical extirpation with adjuvant chemotherapy used before or after surgery. The results of this treatment support previous publications when such modality is used. It is realized that this mode of treatment obviates the need for extensive surgery and improves survival
