ABSTRACT
Duodeno-jejunal diverticulum are not frequent and their complications are rare. We collected 4 cases in two years, 3 of them were revealed by digestive bleeding, and 1 case was associated with acute pancreatitis. Melaena was the most frequent symptom. The duodenoscopy was enable to perform the diagnosis [3 times]; this, emphasizes the importance of hypotonic duodenography which outclasses the others explorations. Urgent Surgery is often necessary to make hemostasis. This surgery does not increase morbidity
