ABSTRACT
Seven case reports of invasive mycotic paranasal sinusitis is presented. Diagnosis was established by a combination of histopathological examination and fungal culture of the excised tissues. Diagnosis was suspected form the chronic and relentless course of sinus disease. The extent of the local invasion was studied using CT examination. Despite the wide local spread, none of the patients had intracranial spread of the infection. Wide surgical excision through ethmoid [external or internal] approach or Culdwell-Luc operation was used to remove the fungus masses combined with Amphtercin-B treatment
