Aquarium-induced atypical mycobacterial granuloma

A 40 year-old man presented with a granulomatous lesion over the dorsum of the right index finger following a cut by a broken glass of a used aquarium. This is the first case report of aquarium-induced atypical mycobacteriosis by Mycobacterium marinum [M. balnei] in Shiraz, Iran
