En el presente trabajo abordamos las operaciones de causación subjetiva conocidas como alienación-separación en un movimiento dialéctico con la categoría de anorexia mental desarrollada en la enseñanza lacaniana. Diversos teóricos posteriores a Lacan realizaron articulaciones sobre este entrecruzamiento, generando producciones varias que consideramos menester interrogar. Comenzamos repasando el estado de la cuestión sobre el tema para poder retornar, desde allí, a lo dicho por Lacan, tanto en El Seminario 11 como en los Seminarios 14 y 15.La diferenciación entre la anorexia fenoménica y la sintomática serán el eje conductor en la secuencia argumentativa. Luego de dicha labor, exponemos los resultados e interrogante generados para investigaciones ulteriores

In the present work we approach the operations of subjective causation known as alienation-separation in a dialectical movement with the category of mental anorexia developed in the Lacanian teaching. Several theorists after Lacan made articulations about this intercrossing, generating several productions that we consider necessary to interrogate. We begin by reviewing the state of the matter on the subject so that we can return, from there, to what Lacan said, both in the XI seminar and in the XIV and XV seminars. The differentiation between phenomenal and symptomatic anorexia will be the driving axis in the argumentative sequence. After this work we present the results and the question generated for further investigations

De la angustia al dolor: acting-out, pasaje al acto y duelo en la clínica de la anorexia y bulimia / From anguish to pain: acting-out, passage to the act and mourning in the clinic of anorexia and bulimia

En el presente trabajo abordaremos la diferenciación entre los afectos angustia y el dolor, especialmente en lo que hace al trabajo que se lleva a cabo en el duelo. Por mostrar este último un carácter homólogo en lo que refiere al vínculo con el objeto, haremos un recorte en el campo de las anorexias y bulimias. Diremos que el duelo, así como la anorexia y bulimia, evidencian el estatuto del objeto en tanto vacío. Nos valdremos de un material clínico a partir del cual indagaremos el lugar de los afectos antes mencionados, para luego interrogar las referencias freudianas en relación a dicha temática. Con esas coordenadas epistémicas diferenciadas, abordaremos la compulsión a comer propia de la bulimia para pasar a interrogar dos de los modos de presentación del padecimiento subjetivo con respecto a la angustia: el pasaje al acto y el acting out. En un apartado final, expondremos las conclusiones a las que hemos arribado, así como futuras líneas de investigación

In the present work we will address the problem of the differentiation between the affections anguish and pain, especially in what it does to the work that is carried out in the duel. For showing the latter a homologous character in what refers to the link with the object, we will make a cut in the field of anorexia and bulimia. We will say that grief, as well as anorexia and bulimia, show the status of the object as empty. We will use a clinical material from which we will investigate the place of these affections and then interrogate the Freudian references in relation to this topic. With these differentiated epistemic coordinates, we will address the bulimia's own compulsion to eat to examine two of the modes of presentation of subjective suffering with respect to anguish: the passage to the act and the acting out. In a final section we will expose the conclusions we have arrived at as well as the possible lines of research that were generated in the course itself

Elucidaciones y esclarecimientos sobre anorexia y melancolía en el díalogo Freud-Abraham / Elucidations and clarifications about anorexia and melancholy in the Freud-Abraham dialogue

El presente artículo tiene como marco el proyecto de investigación UBACyT 2018-2020: "Evaluación de cambio Psíquico en Pacientes con Ataque de Pánico y/o Consumos problemáticos" dirigido por la Dra. Silvia Quesada, donde nos dedicaremos al entrecruzamiento de las variables anorexia y melancolía, relación que consideramos menester interrogar por su preponderancia en la bibliografía especializada y su recurrencia en la clínica. Tomaremos como punto de referencia la discusión entre K. Abraham y S. Freud, ya que nos permitirá dilucidar la génesis y razón de las categorías mencionadas dentro del psicoanálisis. Del trabajo del psicoanalista berlinés se desprenden aportes ineludibles para el abordaje de la anorexia y bulimia, así como de la clínica de las psicosis y de las conceptualizaciones sobre feminidad. Por una cuestión de extensión, en este trabajo abordaremos las dos primeras vertientes. En un apartado final expondremos conclusiones y líneas de trabajo ulteriores.

This article has as its framework the research project UBACyT 2018-2020: "Evaluation of Psychic Change in Patients with Panic Attack and / or Problematic Consumption" directed by Dr. Silvia Quesada, where we will dedicate ourselves to the cross-linking of the anorexia and melancholy, a relationship that we consider necessary to question about its preponderance in the specialized bibliography and its recurrence in the clinic. We will take as a point of reference the discussion between K. Abraham and S. Freud, since it will allow us to elucidate the genesis and reason of the categories mentioned within psychoanalysis. The work of the Berlin psychoanalyst shows inescapable contributions to the approach of anorexia and bulimia, as well as the clinic of psychosis and conceptualizations about femininity. For an extension issue, in this work we will address the first two aspects. In a final section we will present further conclusions and lines of work

De una cuestión preliminar a la noción de acting out en las psicosis: El agieren freudiano / From a preliminary question to the notion of acting out in psychosis: The Freudian agieren

Iniciando una serie de textos que tienen como propósito ahondar en la noción de acting-out en las psicosis, en el presente artículo se investiga el agieren freudiano desde su etimología y el estado actual del conocimiento sobre el tema, las diversas citas freudianas que dan cuenta del agieren -de forma explícita- e implícita, la articulación con conceptos tales como transferencia, repetición, resistencia; para, finalmente, extraer conclusiones que permitan, no solo ubicar las coordenadas freudianas de esta noción, sino dar cuenta de la presencia de agieren en las psicosis, cuestión preponderante para la continuación de la investigación sobre el tema planteado.

Initiating a series of texts that aim to delve into the notion of acting-out in psychoses, the present article investigates the Freudian agieren from its etymology and the current state of knowledge on the subject, the various Freudian quotations that account of the agieren - explicitly and implicitly -, articulating it with concepts such as transference, repetition, resistance; to finally draw conclusions that allow, not only locate the Freudian coordinates of this notion, but to account for the presence of agieren in the psychoses, a preponderant question for the continuation of the research on the subject matter.

Perspectivas clínicas sobre la anorexia mental / Clinical perspectives on mental anorexia

El presente trabajo se enmarca en el proyecto de investigación UBACyT 2018-2020: "Evaluación de Cambio Psíquico en Pacientes con Ataques de Pánico y/o Consumos problemáticos" dirigido por la Dra. Silvia Quesada. En el mismo abordaremos una vertiente de la discusión epistemológico-clínica en torno de la anorexia mental, problemática y población de interés para la investigación. Nos valdremos de la herramienta utilizada por Lacan en su seminario sobre la angustia, conocida como "el cuadro de los afectos" con el fin de discriminar ciertas categorías. El mismo nos permitirá sostener una lectura de la anorexia como transestructural, disquisición que abre la posibilidad de ubicar su función y uso dependiendo de la estructura y el tipo clínico. Para ello, tomaremos las notaciones realizadas por Lacan en el correr del seminario sobre el cuadro, haciendo un contrapunto con su conceptualización de anorexia mental. En un apartado final, expondremos conclusiones y líneas de investigación ulteriores.

The present work is part of the research project UBACyT 2018-2020: "Evaluation of Psychic Change in Patients with Panic Attacks and / or Problematic Consumption" directed by Dr. Silvia Quesada. In the same we will approach a slope of the epistemological-clinical discussion around the mental anorexia, problematic and population of interest for the investigation. We will use the tool introduced by Lacan in his seminar on anguish, known as "the picture of affects" in order to discriminate certain categories. It will allow us to hold a reading of anorexia as trans-structural, a disquisition that opens the possibility of locating its function and use depending on the structure and the clinical type. For this, we will take the notations made by Lacan in the course of the seminar on the table making a counterpoint with his conceptualization of mental anorexia. In a final section, we will present conclusions and further lines of investigation.

Aproximación al concepto de esquizofrenia: de la psiquiatría al psicoanálisis / Approach to the concept of schizophrenia: from psychiatry to psychoanalysis

El presente trabajo tiene como propósito interrogar el concepto de esquizofrenia tanto en el campo de la psiquiatría como en el del psicoanálisis. Comenzaremos revisitando a los autores predominantes y las teorizaciones de Freud y Lacan en torno de la esquizofrenia. Luego, compararemos los abordajes que se han hecho a partir de la década de los años cincuenta con los avances en psicofarmacología y en ciencias neurobiológicas. Analizaremos en particular el lugar que han tenido las alucinaciones auditivitas en el tratamiento de los distintos autores. Por último, nos interesará cotejar las diferencias y similitudes prescriptas por los distintos abordajes. Este rastreo se da en el marco de un proyecto de investigación guiado por los avances de las técnicas de neuroi- mágenes aplicadas a los fenómenos de alucinaciones auditivas en la esquizofrenia. Orientados por dichas coordenadas, arribamos a algunas conclusiones que nos permiten caracterizar el campo problemático delimitado por el cruce inter-discursivo.

The purpose of this paper is to discuss the concept of schizophrenia in the 'eld of psychiatry and psychoanalysis. We will begin by revisiting the prevailing authors and the theorizations of Freud and Lacan around schizophrenia. Then, we will compare the approaches that have been made since the decade of the 'fties with the advances in psychopharmacology and in the neurobiological sciences. We will analyze in particular the place that the auditory hallucinations have had in the treatment of the different authors. Finally, we will be interested in comparing the differences and similarities prescribed by the different approaches. This tracking occurs within the framework of a research project guided by the advances of neuroimaging techniques applied to the phenomena of auditory hallucinations in schizophrenia. Guided by these coordinates, we arrive at some conclusions that allow us to characterize the problematic 'eld delimited by the inter-discursive crossing.
