The association between the socio-demographic variables and the satisfaction criteria were analyzed using Kruskal Wallis and the Mann-Whitney tests. Six hundred and seventy five employees responded to the questionnaire with a response rate of about 84%. Graduates, married and males respondents demonstrated better awareness about their dental insurance. Age and monthly income were also positively related to the level of awareness.
