ABSTRACT
OBJETIVO: Evaluar el nivel de satisfacción en la atención del adulto mayor entre 60 a 90 años en los servicios de consulta ambulatoria del Hospital Edgardo Rebagliati. MATERIAL Y MÉTODO: Estudio transversal, descriptivo, observacional y prospectivo, en el área de Consultorios Externos del Hospital Nacional de nivel IV Edgardo Rebagliati de EsSalud. Se aplicó una encuesta de 20 preguntas basadas en el Illustrated Patient Satisfaction Instrument a 100 pacientes entre 60 a 90 años de ambos sexos. Para el análisis de los datos, se usó el programa estadístico IBM SPSS Statistics 20. RESULTADOS: El nivel de satisfacción en la atención ambulatoria del adulto mayor entre 60 a 90 años fue de 65.6%. CONCLUSIONES: El nivel de satisfacción de los usuarios adultos mayores del servicio de Consulta Externa del HNERM es mediano.
OBJETIVE: To assess the level of satisfaction with the care of the elderly between 60 to 90 years old in outpatient services at the Edgardo Rebagliati Hospital. MATERIALS AND METHOD: A prospective, observational cross, sectional study in the National Hospital Edgardo Rebagliati level IV EsSalud, specifically in the Outpatient area. A survey of 20 questions based on the Illustrated Patient Satisfaction Instrument with 100 patients between 60 to 90 years old in both sexes. For data analysis we used the statistical program SPSS Statistics 20. RESULTS: The level of satisfaction found in the care of the elderly between 60 to 90 years was 65.6%. CONCLUSIONS: We found a medium satisfaction in elderly users of outpatient services.
