ABSTRACT
Dizziness, tinnitus, headache and neurological deficits are usual presentations in cases of cervical spondylosis [Janke and Hart, 1991]. The disease though common but is usually forgetten cause of symptoms related to the ear. We have examined 20 patients of cervical spondylosis to evaluate the relation of this disease to the above mentioned symptoms. The incidence of symptoms related to ear, nose and throat are discussed and the effect of management of cervical spondylosis on them is recorded
