ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE@#By defining the inclusion criteria of the lost acupuncture technique and sorting out the content of lost acupuncture technique (possibly lost acupuncture technique), this article aimed to provide ideas and methods of the inheritance of acupuncture technique.@*METHODS@#The whole entries of @*RESULTS@#A total of 364 items of acupuncture technique were retrieved, including 17 items of lost acupuncture technique and 12 items of possibly lost acupuncture technique.@*CONCLUSION@#The lost acupuncture technique is defined as the acupuncture technique recorded in ancient classics but can not be retrieved in modern literature of clinical application or expert's experience. The change of government or alternation of dynasty, the evolution of acupuncture-moxibustion theories and education are the related causes of lost acupuncture technique.

ABSTRACT

Objective To evaluate the effect of the comprehensive reform of medical prices of traditional Chinese medicine hospitals in Jiangsu Province,to provide empirical support for the effectiveness of the reform of government drug prices,and to provide suggestions for further deepening the reform.Methods Based on the effect model of Wei Tang's public policy evaluation model,according to the comprehensive reform goal of medical price,analyzing the effect before and after the implementation of the policy.Results After the reform,the financial subsidy income,medical insurance income and service income have increased,the proportion of drug revenue has dropped by 3.3%,and some medical control fee indicators have reached the policy standards,but the asset liability ratio has increased.Conclusion The reform has achieved some initial results.The income compensation is basically reasonable,but still not enough.The income structure is obviously optimized.The control of medical expenses has improved,but it has not reached the ideal state.

ABSTRACT

Objective:To analyze the factors and problems of health self-evaluation on their healthcare seeking decision for hypertension patients, and to provide the relevant suggestions and strategies for improving their health quality of life. Methods:Data from the 2016 Residents Dynamic Monitoring Survey of Health Service Utilization,u-sing the Anderson's Behavioral model as the theoretical basis, This study examined the predisposing, enabling, and need factors that determine the Single factor analysis,and construct the logistic regression model to analyze main fac-tors affecting medical treatment decisions in patients with hypertension. Results:During multi -factor analysis about the factors chiefly selected were age,urban and rural, commercial medical insurance,annual income,VAS,self-care ability. Conclusion:Enabling factor is the main factor affecting medical decision-making in patients with hyperten-sion;hypertension health self-evaluation on their medical decisions have important effect;hypertension patients with different demographic characteristics tendency to seek different medical treatments,and factors of need to promote the behavior of hypertension. It is suggested that policy makers should pay attention to the healthy self-evaluation of pa-tients with hypertension,the problems of depression and anxiety in hypertensive patients,and to improve the utiliza-tion of medical services of patients with hypertension in urban and rural areas.

ABSTRACT

Two female patients with rectal tumor undergoing proctectomy via vagina, namely natural orifice transluminal endoscopic surgery (NOTES), are reported. The operations were performed on June 8 and August 10, 2010, respectively. No Trocar was used in the abdomen except for the transumbilical incision. There were no visible scars in the abdomen. Tubulovillous adenoma and moderately differentiated adenocarcinoma were diagnosed respectively through postoperative pathological examination. Both patients resumed normal work and life at the most recent follow up. Sexual life was satisfactory.
