ABSTRACT
El presente estudio titulado: Comportamiento de los distintos estilos de liderazgo de los supervisores de enfermería en el Hospital San Vicente de Paúl de Villa del Rosario. Esta investigación fue de tipo descriptivo y transversal, en el cuál se planteo como objetivo general: Determinar el comportamiento de los supervisores de enfermería en los distintos estilos de liderazgo en el Hospital San Vicente de Paúl de la ciudad de Villa del Rosario. La población en estudio estuvo formada por el total de los supervisores que se desempeñan en el Hospital San Vicente de Paúl, en los tres turnos (mañana, tarde y noche) de todos los servicios que componen la institución, durante el tiempo de investigación (durante el mes de junio a agosto. del 2014), haciendo un total de 24 personas. La técnica utilizada para la recolección de datos fue la encuesta en su modalidad de entrevista estructurada. La misma consistió en 20 ítems. El Instrumento estuvo conformado por dos secciones en relación a las dimensiones estudiadas. Comportamiento de los supervisores y referentes orientados hacia las Tareas. Comportamiento de los supervisores y referentes orientado hacia las Relaciones. Los resultados de la siguiente investigación, se puede concluir que mayoritariamente los enfermeros a cargo de servicios del Hospital San Vicente de Paúl se posicionan en una conducta orientada hacia las tareas, donde el objetivo primordial es el cumplimiento de los roles y actividades
SUMMARY: This study entitled "Behavior of the different leadership styles of nursing supervisors in the San Vicente de Paul Hospital of Villa del Rosario". This research was descriptive and transversal, in which I was raised as a general goal: "To determine the behavior of nursing supervisors in the different styles of leadership in the San Vicente de Paul Hospital in the city of Villa del Rosario".
