Spontaneous recovery of chylothorax caused by lymphoma

Chylothorax is a rare complication with both traumatic and non-traumatic causes. The most common non-traumatic cause is malignancy, especially lymphoma. Lymph discharges into the pleural space, causing nutritional, metabolic, immunologic and respiratory complications.
