ABSTRACT
Relata-se o caso de uma mulher jovem, previamente hígida, com infarto agudo do miocárdio abordado inicialmente com o uso de trombolítico. Foi submetida a cateterismo cardíaco que evidenciou imagem compatível com longo trecho de dissecção em coronária direita, tratada através de angioplastia, com implante de dois stents convencionais e restauração completa do fluxo do vaso, evoluindo bem sob o ponto de vista.
This case study presents a previously healthy young woman with acute myocardial infarction, initially treatedwith thrombolytic therapy, and transferred to our institution. She underwent cardiac catheterization thatshowed an image compatible with a long stretch of dissection in the right coronary artery, treated through angioplasty, with two bare metal stents implanted andcomplete restoration of vessel flow, progressing well from the clinical standpoint.
