ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE To analyze the circumstances of hospital infection in surgery inpatients to.For further provide scientific bases.METHODS According to requirements of Health Miniatry,5764 case from 2005 to 2007.were investigated.RESULTS The common nosocomial infection sites was respiratory tract(65.3%).The top five infections sites were:Lower respiratory tract(23.6%),upper respiratory tract infection(13.9%),deep and venous catheter infection(14.1%),surgery site infection(10.8%),gastrointestinal tract infection(10.6%).But antibiotic usage per single case and preventative usage were descending.CONCLUSIONS The cleanliness choice date operation was the key for infection control the antibiotics usage is still a difficult point in hospital infection control;The hospital disinfect technic usage and manage ment was the key for surgery infection control.

ABSTRACT

This paper is to study the applicability of the air disinfection equipment in general hospital. With the method of plate exposure adopted, five or three sample points are selected. The sample, culture and classification of bacteria are performed 30mins, 60mins, 120mins and 180mins before and after the equipment is turned on, and then the values of cfu/m3 are worked out respectively. The result shows that different departments should adopt different disinfection equipments according their characteristics and functions to meet the requirements of ″Disinfection Technology Specification″. Through this research and corresponding regulation, the management of air disinfection in our hospital is improved.
