ABSTRACT

A four-year-old female child with left superior oblique muscle palsy and ocular torticollis, is reported. She has been misdiagnosed and treated as congenital [developmental] torticollis [Wryneck]. The importance of checking ocular motility in children with torticollis have been emphasized. In this report the clinical presentation, test, and management described.
