ABSTRACT
O presente estudo teve como objetivo investigar o Rio Mountain Festival e sua relação com as atividades de aventura e na natureza, pois o mesmo exerce um importante papel no cenário brasileiro. Foi possível identificar como surgiu esta mostra, bem como, sua organização, critérios adotados para a escolha do filme e frequentadores deste relevante espaço de lazer. Ao longo dos anos verifica-se como a estrutura da mostra influencia o público presente. As análises dos filmes permitem concluir que a mostra exerce um duplo papel no que se refere ao imaginário social das atividades de aventura e na natureza. Ao mesmo tempo em que os filmes são produtores de novos conceitos e estilos de vida que vão modificar o imaginário social já existente, são produtos deste, uma vez que representam aquilo que se passa nestas atividades.
The aim of this study was investigate the Rio Mountain Festival and its relationship with the adventure activities and nature. The same plays an important role in the Brazilian scene of adventure activities and nature. It was possible to identify how this show came about as well as your organization, what are the criteria used for choosing the film, and who are attending this important leisure space. Over the years it has been possible to identify the structure shows the influence on the audience. The analysis of the film showed that the shown exert a dual role in regard to the imagination of adventurous social activities and nature. The movies are producers of new ideas and lifestyles, which will modify the existing social imaginary, and products of the existing social imaginary, since they represent what is happening in these activities.
