ABSTRACT
Bilateral choanal atresia presenting in the adult age is a rare diagnosis. Till date only 10 cases have been reported in the literature. We present here a case of bilateral choanal atresia in a 15 years old female who presented with the history of long standing nasal obstruction since childhood
