Familiar Juvenile adenomatous polyposis: a rare entity-case report with emphasis on the mode of treatment

Juvenile and adenomatous polyps occurring simultaneously in the large bowel is a very rare entity and its mode of treatment is similar to familial adenomatous polyposis coli.
