ABSTRACT
Objetivo: Implementar o Processo de Enfermagem no cuidarde um cliente com Lúpus Eritematoso Sistêmico, à luz dasnecessidades humanas básicas que fundamentam aassistência de enfermagem. Material e Métodos: estudo decaso realizado em um hospital escola cujos dados foramcoletados por meio do instrumento de admissão usado pelosenfermeiros na clínica. A construção dos diagnósticos deenfermagem foi subsidiada pela taxonomia II da NANDA (NorthAmerican Nursing Diagnosis Association). Resultados:foram identificados treze diagnósticos de enfermagem paraos quais foram feitas intervenções específicas para asnecessidades afetadas e posterior evolução do cliente.Conclusão: o Processo de Enfermagem quando aplicado deforma sistemática e ininterrupta proporciona resultadossatisfatórios evidenciados por melhoras significativas emrelação aos aspectos biológico, psicológico e social do clienteem estudo.
Objective: To implement the nursing care process in a userwith Systemic Lupus Erythematosus in the light of the basichuman needs that underlie the nursing care. Material andMethods: This was a case study carried out in a teachinghospital. The data were collected through the admission formused by the nurses in the clinics. The nursing diagnoseswere prepared based on the NANDA Taxonomy II (NorthAmerican Nursing Diagnosis Association). Results: A total ofthirteen nursing diagnoses were identified, which weresubjected to specific interventions according to the needswith subsequent evolution of the user. Conclusion: Thenursing process when applied systematically andcontinuously provides satisfactory results evidenced bysignificant improvements in relation to biological, psychologicaland social state of the user.
