Effect of helicobacter pylori on gastric mucosal cell proliferation in gastritis / 北京大学学报(医学版)

Objective: To study the effect of helicobacter pylori on gastric mucosal cell proliferation in gastritis. Methods: Fifty-six gastritis patients with or without Helicobacter pylori infection (Hp+ 27; Hp- 29) were selected. The expression of proliferation cell nuclear antigen (PCNA), epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR), transforming growth factor beta receptor type Ⅰand typeⅡ(TGF?RⅠ, TGF?RⅡ) in gastric mucosa were examined by immunohistochemical method.
