ABSTRACT
Arare case of primary ovarian pregnancy is presented. A 38 years old woman had symptoms of hipogastric abdominal pain and genitai bleeding. After examination ectopic pregnancy was suspected. At laparotomy the fetus was in the left ovarian parenchyma and unilateral oophorectomy was performed. Anatomo-pathological findings confirmed the diagnosis
