ABSTRACT
Introdução: A hospitalização representa, para muitos idosos, um momento de fragilidade e de medo, pois além do sofrimento e sensação desagradável, e da insegurança que a doença ocasiona, esse paciente irá necessitar da atenção de um conjunto de trabalhadores da saúde para intervir neste processo. A equipe de saúde, ao atender oidoso, deve estar atenta a uma série de alterações físicas, psicológicas e sociais que normalmente ocorrem nesses pacientes, e que justificam um cuidado diferenciado. Objetivo: Identificar a percepção da equipe de saúdee do idoso submetido à cirurgia cardíaca sobre o cuidado humanizado, correlacionando os dados da investigação com o preconizado na PNH.Metodologia: Trata-se deuma pesquisa do tipo exploratório-descritiva com abordagem qualitativa. O cenário de investigação foi umHospital especializado em cardiologia, localizado na região sul do Brasil. Os atores sociais que participaram foram: 6 indivíduos idosos hospitalizados com faixa etária maior ou igual a 60 anos, submetidos à cirurgia de revascularização do Miocárdio, e 22 membros da equipe de saúde que atuam no hospital. Todos foram informados sobre os objetivos da pesquisa e assinaram o Termo de Consentimento Livre e Esclarecido. Os dados foram coletados através de questionário e entrevistas Resultados e conlcusão: Resgatar a humanidade no atendimento em saúde ao idoso hospitalizado pode ser uma primeira aproximação com o cuidado que desejamos que o mesmo receba, assim resgatamos também a sua humanidade. A humanização não deveser vista apenas como as condições adequadas fornecidas pelos serviços de saúde para prestar assistência, mascomo articuladora entre assistência, tecnologias e relações humanas entre usuários e profissionais.
Introduction: Hospitalization represents, for many aged ones, a fear and fragility moment, therefore beyond the suffering and ackward sensation, and of the unreliability that the illness causes, this patient will go to need the attention of a set of workers of the health to intervine in this process. The health team, when taking care of the aged one, must be intent to a series of physical psychological and social alterations that normally occur in these patients, and that they justify a differentiatedcare. Objective: identify the perception of the team of health and of the aged one in postoperative occurs of cardiac surgery, about the humanized care. Methods: It's a research of the descriptive type with qualitative boarding. The inquiry scene was a Hospital specialized in cardiology, located in the south region of Brazil. The social actors who had participated had been: 6 aged individuals hospitalized with bigger or equal aged band the 60 submitted to the surgery of revascularization of the Myocardium, and 22 members of the health team that act in the hospital. All had been informed on the objectives of the research and had signed the Term ofFree and Clarified Assent. The data had been collected through questionnaire and interviews. Results and conclusion: To rescue the humanity in the attendance in hospitalized health to the aged one can be a first approach with the care that we desire that the same it receives, thus we rescue also its humanity. The humanization does not only have to be seen as the adequate conditions supplied by the health services to give assistance, but as articulation between assistance,technologies and relations human beings between users and professionals.
