ABSTRACT
The authors report a case of a patient underwent kidney transplantation that went through an unplanned pregnancy, at 41 years old, as well as the implications for both mother and fetus.
Os autores relatam o caso de uma paciente submetida à transplante renal que evoluiu com uma gravidez não planejada, aos 41 anos de idade, bem como suas implicações para o binômio mãe e feto.
