A reabilitação oral com implantes dentários mostrou um avanço significativo nos últimos anos. Uma das alternativas atuais para reabilitar pacientes com ausência total ou parcial de dentes é o uso de carga imediata e restauração imediata. O objetivo deste trabalho é relatar um caso onde foi utilizada restauração imediata sobre implantes osseointegrados em paciente com agenesia dos incisivos laterais superiores, avaliando seus resultados estéticos e funcionais
Oral rehabilitation with dental implants has presented significant advances on recent years. One of the current alternatives to rehabilitate patients with total or partial absence of teeth is the immediate loading and restoration.
