ABSTRACT

Debido a que el tubérculo del dens evaginatus se proyecta sobre la superficie oclusal, el resultado de una fuerza traumática oclusal puede causar desgaste anormal o fractura produciendo exposición pulpar, que si no es tratada a tiempo, puede conducir a una inflamación pulpar y/o a un proceso infeccioso.


Because the tuber of the dens evaginatus may extend above the occlusal surface, the result of a traumatic occlusal force may cause abnormal wear or fracture, with the usual form of pulp exposure, which if not treated early, can lead to inflammation pulp or an infectious process.
