ABSTRACT

Objective To explore the efficacy of alprostadil combined with Bailing capsule in the treatment of early chronic kidney disease. Methods A total of 94 early stage chronic kidney disease patients were selected and divided into treatment group(n=46) and control group(n=48).The patients in control group were treated with Bailing capsule,5 capsules, tid,po.The patients in treatment group were treated with Bailing capsule combined with 2 mL alprostadil in 20 mL 0.9% sodium chloride injection,intravenous injection,qd.The patients were treated for 4 weeks as a course of treatment in both groups.After 2 courses of treatment,the improvement of renal function,the changes in cytokine levels including NK cells and T cell subsets CD+3, CD+4,CD+8,adverse reactions of two groups were observed. Results The effective rates of the control group and the treatment group were 60.42%,91.30%,respectively(P<0.05).The renal function index 24 h urine protein were(1.15± 0.35) g,serum creatinine were(78.52±10.63) μmol·L-1,urea nitrogen were(8.23±1.65) mmol·L-1,all of which were decreased significantly (P<0.05).The levels of NK cells were(21.89±2.73)%,T cell subsets CD+3were(71.02±5.61)%,CD+4were(38.84±3.52)%, CD+4/CD+8were(1.28 ± 0.14),which were increased significantly,while the level of CD+8were(30.21± 3.03)% was decreased significantly(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between two groups in the adverse reactions(P>0.05). Conclusion The combination of alprostadil and Bailing capsule is effective to early stage chronic kidney disease by improving the renal function and regulating the level of cytokines.

ABSTRACT

Objective To explore the inhibition role of 1 ,25 dihydroxyvitamin D3 on laryngeal cancer Hep‐2 cell proliferation and its influence on mTOR signal pathway .Methods Hep‐2 cells were treated with different concentrations of 1 ,25 dihydroxyvitamin D3 (10-8 ,10-7 ,10-6mol/L) for 24 ,48 ,72 h respectively .The proliferation situation of Hep‐2 cells was detected by the MTT meth‐od and the inhibition rate was calculated .The effect of 1 ,25 dihydroxyvitamin D3 on Hep‐2 cell cycle distribution was analyzed by flow cytometry .The influence of 1 ,25 dihydroxyvitamin D3 on mTOR signaling pathway was detected by Western blot .Results Different concentrations of 1 ,25 dihydroxyvitamin D3 could inhibit the proliferation of Hep‐2 cells ,changed the cell cycle distribu‐tion and increased the proportion of Hep‐2 cells in G0/G1 phase .The expressions of TSC1 and TSC2 protein after 1 ,25 dihydroxyvi‐tamin D3 intervention were increased compared with the control group (P<0 .01) ,while the Rheb protein expression was signifi‐cantly decreased(P<0 .01):mTOR protein and phosphorylation level were significantly decreased compared with the control group (P<0 .01) ,the decrease of mTOR protein phosphorylation was especially obvious (P<0 .01);4EBP‐1 protein expression was in‐creased compared with the control group (P<0 .01) .Conclusion 1 ,25‐dihydroxyvitamin D3 alters the Hep‐2 cell cycle distribution , affects the protein expression of mTOR signaling pathway ,thus inhibits the cell proliferation .

ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE@#To explore the feasibility of cervical approach for goiter in posterior mediastinum.@*METHOD@#According to the mechanism that goiter filed into posterior mediastinum and the dissection of thyroid gland and mediastinum, we designed the following surgery principles (1) From top to bottom. (2) Find out recurrent nerve at the place where it enters larynx, then dissect recurrent nerve as long as possible and protect it carefully, meanwhile, search thyroid vessels along recurrent nerve. (3) To avoid and uncontrollable serious hemorrhage in the operation, all normal and aberrant blood vessels must be ligated cautiously, and avoid pulling great vessels in the thoracic part. (4) Separating tumor of hemorrhage under surgical capsule. Bluntly, it can avoid damage important structure in most occasions. (5) If the tumor of hemorrhage was difficult to be separated from the surrounding structure, ask thoracic surgeon for cooperation.@*RESULT@#Two operations case were operated under the above guideline successfully, and the operations were performed with satisfactory effect, minimal invasion, rapid recovery and low medical cost.@*CONCLUSION@#Cervical approach for goiter in mediastinum posterior is an ideal method of surgery, but it has following operative indication. (1) imaging date indicate that tumor of posterior septum is not connected to the surrounding structure. (2) It is not accompanied with superior vena cava syndrome. (3) The size of large thyroid tumor of posterior septum could be decreased by taking out the center part of tumor, and it is suitable for liquidized center tissue especially, then take out the tumor from neck. If it is hard to be taken out, you can ask thoracic surgeon for help.

ABSTRACT

Objective Industrialized breeding technology system will be established to achieve the rapid multiplication of Pinellia ternata and to settle the problem of degeneration caused by seeds. MethodsExplant induction and effects of plant growth regulator dosage, illumination, and subculture cycle on fasciculated shoot propagation were studied. ResultsIt is good for the explant induction on medium MS+6-BA (4-5) mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L. P.ternata grows well under the circumstance of NAA 0.2 mg/L+6-BA 2 mg/L, double or more shoots. ConclusionIndustrialized breeding technology system of P.ternata can make its propagation rapid and support an effective way for resources preserving and sustainable utilization.
