ABSTRACT

Objective To investigate the relationship between serum PCT,CRP,BNP and cardiac troponin I (cTnI)and its clinical significance in patients with sepsis.Methods 112 patients with sepsis treated in our hospital were collected.Patients were divided into sepsis,severe sepsis and septic shock groups according to their degree of illness.The serum levels of cTnI and cTnI were measured in peripheral blood samples of pa-tients with sepsis,severe sepsis and sepsis shock.To analyze the correlation between serum cTnI and cTn I in patients with sepsis.The levels of BNP and cTnI were significantly higher in septic shock group than in severe sepsis group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),and that in severe sepsis group was signif-icantly higher than that in sepsis group(P<0.01).The results of correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between serum PCT,BNP,CRP and cTnI levels,but the correlation was PCT(r =0.831)>BNP(r=0.456)>CRP(r=0.287).Results Conclusion cTnI and serum PCT,CRP,BNP are in the serum of the patients.With the exacerbation of sepsis patients,there will be more significant myocardial injury symptoms.

ABSTRACT

Objective To study cervical human papillomavirus (HPV) infection and genotype distribution characteristics in patients with vaginal disease.Methods The PCR dot blot was used to carry out HPV detection of cervical exfoliated cells in 816 women with cervical lesions in the hospital, and 23 kinds of HPV genotypes were identified.Results Among the 816 cases receiving HPV type detection, HPV of 532 cases (65.20%) was positive, including 371 cases (69.74%) with low-risk HPV (HR-HPV) infection, 161 cases (30.26%) with low-risk HPV infection (LR-HPV) (P<0.05).The HPV infection rate below 45 years old was relatively higher.The HPV infection rate in patients with cervical cancer (97.10%) was higher than that in patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) II -III (80.54%), patients with CIN Ⅰ(41.55%) and patients with cervicitis (17.20%) (P<0.05).The top five types of HPV infection were HPV16, 58, 18, 11 and 56 type, respectively.The single infection rate (79.70%) was higher than multiple infection rate (20.30%) (P<0.05); HR-HPV infection was the main infection in single infection, and double infection was the main infection in multiple infection.Conclusion Below 45 years old women are the high-risk groups of HPV infection.16, 58, 18, 11 and 56 are the main types of HPV infection.The infection rates of patients with cervical cancer and precancerous lesions are relatively higher.Paying attention to the screening of HPV infection has positive significance in the prevention and treatment of cervical cancer.

ABSTRACT

In this paper is recommended a highly sensitive and reagent-safe method to determine plasma heamoglobin (FHb) in viscacha hemolytic test. The 2,4-dichlorophenol method (2,4-DCP) of Trinder reaction has been improved. The performance of 2,4-DCP is verified. The sensitivity of 2,4-DCP is 2.39 times that of phenol method. It is well used with run precision and day-to-day precision. The reaction color is stable. The reference value FHb is 1-36.7 mg/L. Sodium citric is an excellent anticoagulant liquid to keep erythrocyte. The 2,4-DCP method is neither carcinogenic nor poisonous;it is suitable for viscacha hemolytic test in clinical and biomedical engineering.

ABSTRACT

To obtain the aptamers with high affinity and specificity for cyclosporin A(CsA),a synthesized 78 nt single stranded DNA(ssDNA)random library containing 35 random sequences flanked by invariant primer was subjected to 1 1 rounds of selection against CsA by SELEX protocol.Magnetic beads were used for target immobilization and the biotin-streptavidin-horseradish peroxidase system was employed for determining the binding affinity between the aptamers and CsA. After ten rounds of selection and amplification, with an increasing affinity for each round,the selected aptamers were cloned,sequenced and analyzed for their primaryand secondary structures.The 19 aptamers were divided into five groups based on primary sequence homology.Hairpin loop is the main motif in the predicted secondary structure and is supposed to be the binding part of the aptamers to CsA.The CsA-specific aptamers will be useful for enzyme-linked assays or immunofluorescence asses of CsA.
