ABSTRACT

Objective To investigate the effect of first aid nursing path under the center of chest pain on the diagnosis and treatment of patients with ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI). Methods A total of 79 cases of STEMI patients who had been selected for emergency treatment after the establishment of the chest pain center were as the experimental group. The patient's first aid nursing path was used in the center of chest pain. A total of 159 cases of STEMI patients before the establishment of the chest pain center were as the control group, Application of traditional clinical pathway. Compared to the diagnosis and treatment effect of two groups of patients. Results The rate of completed the project within 10 min for the experimental group: the completion of electrocardiogram examination (91.1% vs 84.9% ), oral aspirin, clopidogrel, or lindinda (81.0% vs 75.5%), and laboratory medical order (79.7% vs 69.8%) were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (χ2=2.31, 1.68, 2.06, P < 0.05). The day of hospitalization in the experimental group was less than that of the control group (6.48±3.82 vs 9.76± 4.32), and the difference was statistically significant (t=-9.80, P < 0.05). The mortality rate during hospitalization was lower than that of the control group (5.66% vs 3.8% ), and the difference was statistically significant (χ2=-2.24, P<0.05). Conclusion The first aid nursing path in the center of chest pain can shorten the time of diagnosis and treatment of STEMI patients and improve the diagnosis and treatment effect of STEMI patients.

ABSTRACT

4-Hydroxybenzoate (4HBA) is an important chemical compound used for synthesis of liquid crystal. Production of 4HBA from renewable resources is an effective mean to solve problems such as environmental pollution and petroleum shortage. This review briefly introduces the chemical synthesis of 4HBA from oil compounds, and mainly describes the progress in 4HBA biosynthesis from renewable resources by plants and microorganisms. In most intriguing aspect of plant-based synthesis of 4HBA is the appeal of directly synthesizing a chemical from CO2. However, the glucosylation system in plant cells converting 4HBA to glucose conjugates, causing the post treatment a problem. The recombinant microorganisms produce pure 4HBA, but less efficient. A new strain of Microbulbifer has ability to naturally accumulate 4HBA from glucose. Elucidation of the metabolic pathways and regulation systems would improve 4HBA synthesis efficiency.

ABSTRACT

Objective To explore the effect of intravenous infusion flow rebuilt on the patients’safety and nursing quality in intravenous infusion center. Methods Risk safety factors about intravenous infusion process in intravenous infusion center were analyzed and the work flow were rebuilt and optimized? The satisfaction rate, the reception time and the disinfection time for tourniquets were compared before and after work flow rebuilt. Results After work flow rebuilt, the satisfaction rate raised from 92?5%to 94?5%?There were significant differences among the reception time and the disinfection time for tourniquets before and after work flow rebuilt (all P<0?05)?After work flow rebuilt, both the reception time and the time for dealing with tourniquets are shorter than before. Conclusions The rebuilt work flow can make nurses work efficiently and enhance the patients’nursing quality?
