ABSTRACT

BACKGROUND: The change of the axial angle of the lower limb is related to the occurrence and development of osteoarthritis.OBJECTIVE: To analyze the correlation between the change of lower limb power line and pain area in the knee osteoarthritis patients.METHODS: Totally 65 knee osteoarthritis patients were selected as pain group and 30 healthy people were selected as control group. All the participants took anteroposterior and lateral knee radiographs through PACS imaging systems to collect six imaging indexes, including install index, the degree of tibiofemoral joint subluxation, tibiofemoral inside and outside joint clearance ratio, femoral angle, tibial angle and tibiofemoral angle. Knee osteoarthritis patients in pain group were divided into two common clinical pain areas which were proparea and medial area.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: (1) The insall index, the degree of tibiofemoral joint subluxation, tibiofemoral inside andoutside joint clearance ratio between knee osteoarthritis patients in pain group and people in healthy control group hadsignificant differences. There was no statistical significance in the femoral angle, tibial angle and tibiofemoral angle. (2) In terms of the comparison between proparea and medial area in knee osteoarthritis patients in pain group, tibiofemoral joint subluxation degree was statistically different. (3) These findings suggest that there was a higher patella in knee osteoarthritis patients who were in pain, more severe in the degree of tibiofemoral joint subluxation, and more limited in tibiofemoral inside and outside joint clearance ratio. The degree of tibiofemoral joint subluxation of proparea was more severe than medial area in pain group.

ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Qianlie shutong capsule combined with Quinolone antibiotics in the treatment of chronic prostatitis, and provide evidence-based reference for clinical treatment. METHODS:Retrieved from PubMed,EMBase,Cochrane Library,CBM,CJFD,VIP Database and Wanfang Database, randomized clinical trials(RCT)about the efficacy and safety of Qianlie shutong capsule combined with Quinolone antibiotics(test group)versus only Quinolone antibiot-ics(control group)in the treatment of chronic prostatitis were collected,Meta-analysis was performed by using Rev Man 5.3 soft-ware after data extracting and quality evaluating by modified Jadad. RESULTS:Totally 16 RCTs were enrolled, involving 2 368 pa-tients. Results of Meta-analysis showed the total effective rate [RR=1.56,95% CI(1.29,1.88),P<0.001],US National Institutes of Health Chronic Prostatitis Symptom Index scores(NIH-CPSI scores)[MD=-6.97,95% CI(-8.67,-5.26),P<0.001],pain symptom scores[MD=-3.18,95%CI(-3.92,-2.44),P<0.001)],voiding dysfunction scores [MD=-1.62,95%CI(-1.85,-1.38), P<0.001],life quality scores[MD=-2.16,95% CI(-2.89,-1.43),P<0.001],EPS leukocyte count [MD=-8.90,95% CI (-11.79,-6.02),P<0.001] and recurrence rate[RR=0.22,95%CI(0.12,0.42),P<0.001] in test group were significantly better than control group, there were statistically significant differences between 2 groups;and there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between 2 groups [RR=0.49,95%CI(0.11,2.13),P=0.34]. CONCLUSIONS:The efficacy of Qian-lie shutong capsule combined with Quinolone antibiotics is better than only Qianlie shutong capsule or Quinolone antibiotics in the treatment of chronic prostatitis, with similar safety.

ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE:To systematically review the efficacy and safety of Kanglaite injection combined with radiothreapy in the treatment of the non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC),and provide evidence-based reference for clinical treatment. METH-ODS:Retrieved from PubMed,Cochrane Library,EMBase,VIP,CJFD,Wanfang database and CBM,randomized controlled tri-als(RCT)about the efficacy and safety of Kanglaite injection combined with radiothreapy in the treatment of NSCLC were collect-ed. Meta-analysis was performed by using Rev Man 5.3 software after data extraction and quality evaluation with modified Jadad scale. RESULTS:Totally 9 RCTs were included, involving 561 patients. Results of Meta-analysis showed,Kanglaite injection com-bined with radiothreapy can significantly improve the effective rate [OR=2.99,95%CI(2.07,4.31),P<0.001] and improvement rate of life quality [OR=3.74,95%CI(2.36,5.92),P<0.001],and reduce the incidence of radiation pneumonitis [OR=0.23,95%CI (0.12,0.47),P<0.001] and radiation esophagitis [OR=0.10,95%CI(0.05,0.21),P<0.001] of NSCLC patients, the differences were statistically significant. CONCLUSIONS:Both the efficacy and safety of Kanglaite injection combined with radiothreapy in the treatment of NSCLC are superior to radiothreapy alone.
