ABSTRACT

Objective This paper fucus on the status of lung cancer patients in health behavior and analyze its influencing factors. Methods Questionnaire survey has been finished by Health-Promoting Lifestyle ProfileⅡ,Fear of Progression Questionnaire-Short Form and General Self-Efficacy Scale, which were delivered to 120 patients with lung cancer. Results The total score of health behavior was 114.64± 18.42, which meant the level of health behavior was under the average level. It was significant on the level of education, occupation, monthly income, types of medical insurance, pathological pattern, time of diagnosis and methods of treatment (F=4.678-11.088, P<0.05) for patients`health behavior. There was negative correlation between health behavior and fear of cancer recurrence, positive correlation between health behavior and self-efficacy (P<0.01). Self-efficacy (P=0.000), monthly income (P=0.009), level of education (P=0.000), types of medical insurance (P=0.004), pathological pattern (P=0.007) were the influencing factors of health behavior. Conclusions The level of health behavior in lung cancer patients is under the average level.Self-efficacy,monthly income, level of education、types of medical insurance, pathological patternwere the influence factors of health behavior. Clinical stuff can encourage patients to improve their health behavior by improving self-efficacy of patients and concerning psychological change.

ABSTRACT

This paper probed into three countries' national health evaluation systems, i. e. the United Kingdom, the United States and Australia, with comparisons of such dimensions as the evolution process, performance evaluation framework, indicators and data sources. The purpose is to discover the commonness and development patterns of the evaluation frameworks of these medical and health systems, and to identity the lessons and experiences to learn for China to establish and improve our public medical evaluation system. On this basis, this paper discussed the specific construction of the framework and indicator system of the service performance appraisal system for China's public medical institutions.

ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for development of hospital pharmacy and clinical pharmacy in south Sichuan. METHODS:Questionnaire was used to investigate the general situation of secondary and tertiary hospitals in 4 cities of south Sich-uan in aspects of partition layout, staffing situation and job content. The results were statistically analyzed. RESULTS:A total of 40 questionnaires was sent out,35 were effectively received with the effective rate of 87.50%. The partition layout was unreasonable in most surveyed hospitals, and the rate of reaching the standard about the area of drug dispensing sector and warehouse was below 85%. There were 1042 pharmacists in 35 hospitals, which were mainly female of younger than 45 years old. In secondary and ter-tiary hospitals, the rate of pharmaceutical professional and technical personnel of health technology,full-time undergraduate and vice-high above title accounted for 4.78% and 3.67%,17.37% and 31.27%,3.15% and 10.73%,respectively. The number of full-time clinical pharmacists was 24 and 69 in secondary or tertiary hospitals, mainly primary title, middle title and undergradu-ate,of whom 26(27.96%)passed job training of National Health and Family Planning Commission,4(4.30%)passed teaching qualifications training. The rate of pharmacists mainly engaged in drug dispensing and clinical pharmacy was 6.32% and 11.03% in secondary and tertiary hospitals, respectively. CONCLUSIONS:The research shows irrationality of partition layout, the shortage of highly educated and highly titles personnel, especially the clinical pharmacy professionals. The large differences exist in hospitals of different levels in several aspects, and the main body of hospital pharmacy should turn to clinical pharmacy.

ABSTRACT

Synovial sarcoma is a malignant soft tissue with unknown origin. Although head and neck region is the second common site of involvement, rare cases have been reported in Para nasal sinus and larynx. We presented two cases of synovial sarcoma, one of which arised from maxillary sinus and the other from laryx, and re- view the literature to sum up the diagnosis and treatment strategies. The conclusion is that synovial sarcoma in the head and neck still raises diagnostic and therapeutic issues. Surgical excision with wide margins is essential and necessary, usually associated radiotherapy. The effect of chemotherapy remains to explored.

ABSTRACT

To optimize the configuration of the conventional SE and FSE sequence parameters in low field MRI. With the combination of larger vision, relatively thinner slice thickness, small number of excitation (NEX = 1 or 2), the signal-to-noise ration and the spatial resolution on follow-up images are moderate, the scan time is significantly shorter along with fewer motion artifacts, the check success rate is improved.

ABSTRACT

Objective To observe the transdifferentiation of renal tubular epithelial phenotype in allograft biopsy samples of patients with various rejections, and to analyze the association between rejection and transdifferentiation.Method Immunohistochemistry (SP method) was applied to detect α-SMA expression in tubular epithelial cells from 55 renal allograft biopsy samples with various rejection. Results Positive α-SMA expression was found in all the atrophic tubular epithelial cells adjacent to cytoplasm of basement membrane, which indicated the atrophic renal tubular epithelial cells appeared the phenotypic transdifferentiation.Positive α-SMA was also detected in some renal epithelial cells without atrophy. No phenotypic change was found in 7 cases without obviously rejection.Among 28 cases of acute T-cell-mediated rejection IA grade,α-SMA positive expression rate of non-atrophy renal epithelial cells was 25%-50% in 1 case and 10%-25% in 3 cases.Among 14 cases of more severe acute rejection group IB grade,α-SMA positive expression rate was over 50% in 1 case,25%-50% in 2 cases and 10%-25% in 2 cases. Conclusion When acute T-cell-mediated rejection becomes more serious in renal allograft, the phenotype transdifferentiation aggravates in renal tubular epithelial cells.
