DETERMINATION OF PLASMA 6—KETO—PGFIa AND TXB_2 OF 100 PATIENTS WITH VIRAL HEPATITIS / 西安交通大学学报(医学版)

From 1988 — 1990, the plasma 6 — keto —PGF_1. and TXB_2 were detected with radioimmunoassay in 100 cases with various types of viral hepatitis. The results showed thatTXB_2 and 6—keto— PGF_1. increase and PGF~./TXB_2 ratio decreased. There was clear difference as compaied with the normal. The value and PGF_1./TXB_2 ratio were correlated with jaundice, ascits, spontaneous peritonitis,and hepatorenal syndrome.

EFFECT OF RIBAVIRIN ON THE SPECIFIC HUMORAL IMMUNE RESPONSES AND CIRCULATING IMMUNE COMPLEX (CIC) OF PATIENTS WITH EPIDEMIC HEMORRHAGIC FEVER (EHF) / 西安交通大学学报(医学版)

Sixty-six cases of early EHF were randomly divided into 2 groups. Of these cases, 33 were treated with Ribavirin and 33 served as control. In the study group both serum EHF—IgG and CIC levels were remarkably decreased. It was suggested that the EHF patients decrease of antibody responsed and the reduction formation of CIC were benifitied to improvement of such disease.
