ABSTRACT
Objetivo: Determinar si existe un subregistro del antecedente de amniotomía en las historias clínicas de servicios de Gíneco-Obstetricia. Material y métodos: Se entrevistó a 69 egresados de la Facultad de Medicina, exûinternos 2008, de la UNMSM. Resultados: 33 entrevistados afirmaron haber observado un subregistro de las amniotomías de manera muy frecuentemente, mientras que 29 afirmaron que dicho subregistro era poco frecuente. Sólo dos afirmaron no haber observado tal subregistro. Conclusiones: Existe un subregistro del antecedente de amniotomía en las historias clínicas.
Objective: To determine if there is an underreporting of amniotomy in medical records in the departments of Obstetrics and Gynaecology. Methods: We interviewed 69 graduates of the Faculty of Medicine, 2008 former interns, from UNMSM. Results: 33 respondents claimed to have observed an underreporting of amniotomy very often, while 29 said that the underreporting was rare. Only two said that they had not seen such underreporting. Conclusions: There is an underreporting of amniotomy in medical records.
