ABSTRACT

Evidence - based medicine emphasizes that clinical decision - making is based on the integration of evidence from external research, experience of doctors, and patient values. Therefore, the well - informed SDM of doctor - patient embodies the essence of evidence - based practice. The author have reviewed relevant domestic and international researches on SDM in clinical research and practice, found that the utilization of SDM in China is still not carried in research, lacking of related clinical evidence. The research of SDM in other countries has conducted some researches and put it into practice. The author discussed the bottleneck and countermeasure of SDM in clini-cal research to lay foundation to make it possible for further study.

ABSTRACT

Compared with the version of the Declaration of Geneva in 2006,the new revision in 2017 has great change and supplement,emphasizing the maintenance of the patient's autonomy.WMA (the World Medical Association) moved the all items of patients' rights to the beginning of the oath to highlight independent decision-making of patients in the medical ethics,and following the physician's professional responsibility.In terms of the structure,the declaration pay more attention of physicians themselves,and in content,it added and deleted some statements,and modified some words in detail.The revision of the Geneva declaration in 2017 improved the framework of the declaration and perfected the content of the declaration;raised the professional requirements for physicians and emphasized humanistic concern.Taking medical environment,economic and technological development into consideration,the further revision of the Declaration of Geneva should meet and adapt to the professional spirit of contemporary physicians.

This paper discussed and elucidated the significance of establishing a corpus of English translation for the TCM terms of health preservation. To investigate the necessity and feasibility of corpus, we have explored the domestic and international researchs of the data sources and corpora and translation of TCM terms. We also predicted the prospect of application of this corpus.

ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE@#To analyze the clinical characters and treatment of nasopharyngeal tuberculosis, and to provide a scientific basis for improving clinical diagnosis of nasopharyngeal tuberculosis.@*METHOD@#The clinical materials of 50 patients diagnosed as nasopharyngeal tuberculosis in Guangzhou Chest Hospital were reviewed and analyzed. All the 50 patients were given regular antituberculosis treatment with 3HRZS(E)/9HR(E) for one year, and were treated through nasal spray with combination medication of isoniazid, rifampicin and streptomycin injection solution for 3 months.@*RESULT@#All patients were cured through regular antituberculosis treatment for one year, and no recrudescence cases were found in 2 years of follow-up.@*CONCLUSION@#Nasopharyngeal tuberculosis is rare and the clinical manifestation is atypical. It is extremely easy to cause clinical misdiagnosis. A full understanding of the pathogenesis, timely clinical characters under nasopharyngoscope and histopathological examination results are the keys to diagnosis, and to giving regular antituberculosis treatment to obtain satisfactory curative effect.
