ABSTRACT

Rosai-Dorfman disease (RDD) is a systemic disease and its etiology is not well understood. We report a case of a 46-year-old woman diagnosed RDD in the upper airway with stricture of the subglottic space. Tracheostomy was performed. Computed tomography and magnetic resonance showed sinuses and laryngeal lesions. The lesions in the nasal cavity and larynx showed the same histological findings.
