Adverse Drug Reaction Reports in Our Hospital:Survey of 150 Cases / 中国药房

OBJECTIVE:To fathom the occurrences of adverse drug reaction(ADR)in our hospital and to promote a rational clinical drug use.METHODS:150ADR reports collected in our hospital in2005were analyzed statistically in terms of patients’age distribution,route of administration,drug varieties and the specific clinical manifestations.RESULTS:Of the total150ADR cases,most were senile patients,whom accounted for24%(36cases);Most were induced by iv gtt,which accounted for52%(78cases);Most were induced by antibiotic drugs,which accounted for46.7%(70cases);The most common clinical manifestations were the damage of skin and adnexa,which accounted for47.3%(71cases).CONCLUSION:For medical workers,ADR monitoring should be carried out in full length to avoid or reduce ADR incidences.
