ABSTRACT
Se trata de crear un sistema de evaluación de la capacidad psíquica de trabajo directamente condicionado por las exigencias de las labores de los buzos y hombres rana, con el fin de establecer su aptitud para el cumplimiento de sus misiones y como indicador del nivel pronóstico y perspectivo de los referidos especialistas. Se conformó una batería de tests psicológicos y psicofisiológicos orientados a evaluar la movilidad de los procesos psíquicos, el pensamiento operativo, el proceso de la actividad psicomotora, el tiempo de reacción, la visión de profundidad y la conmutación, volumen y distribución de la atención. Estos tests fueron validados y normados para la población estudiada. Los datos fueron procesados por estadígrafos de medida central y prueba de correlación de matrices con una p= 0,05. Los resultados revelaron diferencias significativas en la edad, el tiempo de reacción, el pensamiento operativo, la actividad psicomotora y en la distribución, conmutación y volumen de la atención, por lo que se establecieron normas de calificación independientes para los buzos y hombres rana.
The purpose is to create an evaluation system for the working psychic capacity, directly conditioned by the exigencies of divers'and frogmen's tasks, with the object of establishing their aptitude to accomplish their missions, and as an indicator of the prognostic and perspective level of the said specialists. A battery of psychological and psychophysiological tests was suited, oriented to the assessment of the mobility of the psychic processes, the operative thought, the psychomotor activity process, the time of reaction, the profoundness vision, and the commutation, volume, and distribution of the attention. These tests were validated and standardized for the studied population. The data were processed by central measure staticians, and by a test of matrix correlation with a p = 0,05. The results revealed significant differences in age, time of reaction, operative thought, psychomotor activity, and in the distribution, commutation and volumen of the attention; due to these factors, independent qualification standards were established for divers and frogmen.
