ABSTRACT

Objective To analyze the research status and predict the development trend of clinical comprehensive evaluation of drugs in China, and to provide reference for clinical comprehensive evaluation. Methods CNKI, Wanfang and VIP database were used to search the published articles of clinical comprehensive evaluation. Literature searching was set from the building time of the database to 2022, the basic information about the published articles was obtained for the evaluation of the literature quality. Bibliometrics and CiteSpace 6.1.R3 software were used to visualize the research authors, research institutions, and key words. Results After data screening, a total of 126 Chinese published articles were selected. The analysis showed that the numbers of published articles were rising continuously, and China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences and Xie Yanming were the institute and the author with the maximum number of literatures, respectively. Conclusion The clinical comprehensive evaluation of drugs was conducted based on the clinical value of drugs, guided by the policy requirements. It is suggested that researchers should conduct the comprehensive evaluation according to the focus and requirements of government agencies, the pharmaceutical industry and the clinical applications.

ABSTRACT

Objective:To explore the application and effect of flipped classroom in community clinical pharmacist training. Methods:Seventeen pharmacists trained in 2017-2018 were used as the control group and received traditional teaching mode. Fourteen pharmacists trained in 2019-2020 were used as the experimental group and received the flipped classroom teaching mode. Finally, the teaching effect was evaluated through the trainees' graduation examination results and satisfaction degree. The SPSS 25.0 was used to conduct the t test and chi-square test. Results:The task performance, prescription audit scores, clinical practice scores, and total scores in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group ( P<0.05). However, there was no significant difference in usual performance between the two groups ( P>0.05). For satisfaction survey, the total score of Likert scale in the experimental group was (20.1±3.4), which was significantly higher than that in the control group (16.9±3.4). However, there was no significant difference in the satisfaction of clinical practice and teachers' level between the two groups ( P>0.05). Conclusion:Flipped classroom can improve the enthusiasm of community clinical pharmacist trainees to participate in learning, increase the level of the trainees' theoretical knowledge and professional practice, and is conducive to the cultivation of high-quality community clinical pharmacists.

ABSTRACT

AIM: The main chemical components of Yufang Fangji II (Hubei Fang) of COVID-19 were studied systematically and combined with network pharmacology to provide a reference for the study of its effective substances. METHODS: Ultra high-performance liquid chromatography quadrupole time of flight mass spectrometry (UHPLC-Q-TOF/MS) was applied to identify the absorbed components of the prescription in rat plasma. TCMSP database and Swiss Target Prediction data platform were used to predict the target of the identified blood components, and network visualization software Cytoscape 3.7.2 was used draw the association network diagram, and GO enrichment analysis and KEGG pathway enrichment analysis were conducted for the key targets. With the help of CB-Dock online molecular docking platform, the molecular docking of key targets and blood entering compounds was carried out, and the docking combination with good affinity value was displayed by ligplot software to verify the preventive effect of Yufang Fangji II on COVID-19. RESULTS: A total of 52 chemical components identified in the prescription, in which 13 components were absorbed in the rat plasma as the prototype, and they were from Astragalus membranaceus, Atractylodes macrocephala, Saposhnikoviae Radix, Lonicerae Japonicae Flos, and Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium, respectively. These compounds were recognized to act on 17 core targets, including mapk3, TNF and other targets related to inflammation, MPO and other targets related to oxidative stress, VEGFR, KDR and other targets related to vascular endothelium. The results of molecular docking showed that the absorbed components had good binding activity with the key targets. CONCLUSION: Compounds in Yufang Fangji II are involved in regulating inflammation, oxidative stress, vascular and cellular physiological activities, which have preventive effects on COVID-19 through regulating IL-17, PI3K Akt, MAPK and other pathways.

ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE:To introduce the experience on how to build modern pharmaceutical logistics and dispensing system in outpatient pharmacy, and to provide reference for the construction of modern outpatient pharmacy. METHODS:The pharmaceuti-cal logistics system could be constructed by setting up secondary warehouse, pharmaceutical supply chain management system (PSCMS) and electronic drug storage system (EDSS);pharmaceutical dispensing system could be constructed through allocating automatic drug dispensing machine with different functions reasonably to carry out dispensing way of different modes combination, building automated pharmacy management system and developing emergency plan for the system fault of the automated pharmacy. The effects of logistics and dispensing system in our hospital were evaluated through comparing related index before and after the application of the systems. RESULTS:With the aid of PSCMS,the drug purchase information could be collected and calculated au-tomatically,the frequency and working time of the purchase were reduced by 50% and 75% respectively, and the accuracy of the purchase plan was increased by 12.5%;with the EDSS,the position and number information of the drugs could be acquired imme-diately,and the complementation and inventory time were decreased by 67% and 58% respectively;the time for manual dispens-ing was reduced by 68%,and the incidence of internal mistakes was decreased by 76.7%;under new dispensing system, the pre-scription could be distributed automatically and intelligently, the rate of automatic prescription processing was increased to 72.7%, and the average waiting time to pick up drugs was controlled to below 10 min. CONCLUSIONS:The pharmacists’working effi-ciency and the quality of pharmaceutical care have been improved by the modern pharmaceutical logistics and dispensing system, which settle the foundation for the transformation of the pharmaceutical care mode.
