ABSTRACT
O presente artigo tem o objetivo de, a partir do referencial fenomenológico-existencial, refletir sobre o conceito de saúde. Para isso, buscamos pensar a peculiaridade da arte de curar e o papel da doença na existência, a fim de estabelecer um conceito de saúde não restrito somente ao aspecto químico-biológico do corpo, mas que esteja em correspondência com a totalidade do existir humano.
This article aims to reflect about the concept of health through the phenomenological-existential approach. For this, we considered the peculiarity of the art of healing and the role of disease in ones existence in order to establish a concept of health that is not restricted to the chemical-biological aspect of the body, but that corresponds to the totality of human existence.
