ABSTRACT
The following descriptive study aimed to identify the factors that ease and make difficult the implementation of the Nursing Care Systematization in two wards of a university hospital. The collection of data happened from September to October 2008 applying a survey to 16 nurses. The data analysis was supported by the tool Statistical Package for the Social Sciences. The results showed the way factors that ease the implementation of systematization in specific meetings approaching the topic and the desire for professional practice change. As examples of shortcoming factors, it is possible to point the performance of nursing itself and the lack of time. Due to the data, it is suggested the bound of other forms of dialogue that enable a sharper discussion of the uncertainties pointed by the nurses in order to help them conduct the nursing care systematization.
Estudo descritivo que teve como objetivo identificar os fatores que facilitam e dificultam a implantação da Sistematização da Assistência de Enfermagem em duas unidades de um hospital universitário. A coleta dos dados ocorreu no período de setembro a outubro de 2008 com a utilização de um questionário que foi aplicado a 16 enfermeiros. A análise dos dados foi auxiliada pela ferramenta Statistical Package for the Social Sciences. Os resultados revelaram como fatores que facilitam a implantação da sistematização as reuniões específicas sobre o assunto e o desejo de mudança da prática profissional; como fatores que dificultam a implantação da sistematização foram encontradas a realização em si do processo de enfermagem e a falta de tempo. Em vista dos dados, sugere-se a articulação de outras formas de diálogo que possibilitem a discussão mais pontual das incertezas apontadas pelas enfermeiras a fim de auxiliá-las na realização da Sistematização da Assistência de Enfermagem.
