ABSTRACT

Objective@#To investigate the subjective well-being of gynecologic tumor patients and analyze the influencing factors.@*Methods@#Investigated a total of 411 gynecologic tumor patients by using the a general information questionnaire, Memorial University of Newfoundland Scale of Happiness (MUNSH), Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS) and Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire(MCMQ).@*Results@#The total scores of SWB was (32.20±9.54) points, at a moderate level. The influencing factors of subjective well-being of gynecologic tumor patients included: type of tumor, complication, education, the way of payment for medical treatment, average income per person in family, social support and medical coping modes. Furtherly, average income per person in family, social support and the resigntion dimension of medical coping modes were the main factors.@*Conclusions@#The SWB of gynecologic tumor patients need to be improved. To increase the SWB of the patients, the family, society and medical staff should give them more emotional, informational and other kinds of support, and try to minimize negative coping modes such as resigntion.

ABSTRACT

Objective To explore the effect of psychological counseling skills on medical treatment and satisfaction degree of patients in hospital.Methods Toally 60 discharged patients during December 2015 were assigned as the control group and another discharged one during January 2016 as the intervention group.Training on psychological counseling skills was done for the nurses by the psychological counselor in the intervention group while the control group was not.The two groups were compared on the basis of investigation with the patient's consultation experience scale as well as the medical satisfaction questionnaire.Result The satisfaction levels of consultation experience and medical consultation satisfaction in the intervention group were both higher than those of the control group (all P<0.01).Conclusion Psychological counseling skills used in the nurse patient communication can enhance the patient's medical experience and their satisfaction with medical treatment.

ABSTRACT

Total pelvic floor reconstruction is a minimally invasive and effective method for the treatment of pelvic organ prolapsed. It is a minimally invasive and effective method for the treatment of pelvic organ prolapsed, and it significantly improves the quality of life of patients. However, due to the complex anatomy of the pelvic floor, the requirements of clinical physicians and nursing is high, and related complications are easy to occur. This article introduces the observation and nursing care of the complications such as the bladder/rectum and nerve injury, the erosion of the mesh, the symptoms of the pelvic floor reconstruction, the pain or discomfort of the intercourse. Summary of the recent 10 years research results, to provide reference and guidance for clinical nursing work.
