Objective To investigate the curative effect of bicyclol in treatment of chronic type B hepatitis.Methods 60 cases of chronic type B hepatitis were treated with bicyclol and the changes of hepatic function,HBV-DNA and antigen-antibody of HBV were investigated between pretherapy and post-treatment.Results The ALT and AST decreased obviously after treatment of bicyclol for 3 months,there was significant difference compared with pretherapy(49.30?28.30) vs (139.05?37.31),P
