ABSTRACT

El tema de la Cultura Organizacional tiene gran importancia y actualidad. Su abordaje constituye un gran desafío, se necesita de su conocimiento y manejo para una gestión eficiente y eficaz en los sistemas organizacionales de salud. El presente artículo tiene como objetivo brindar elementos teóricos para lograr sensibilizar a los colectivos del sistema a que interioricen la Cultura Organizacional , con el conocimiento y manejo de los valores organizacionales. Consiste en una revisión documental sobre el tema y la experiencia obtenida por los autores en relación con su conceptualización, elementos, características, funciones, formación, mantenimiento y desarrollo. Sus barreras, clasificaciones y los valores como su cimiento. Considerando la Cultura Organizacional uno de los pilares fundamentales para la transformación y desarrollo de los sistemas organizacionales de salud.


The theme of the organizational culture has great importance and novelty. Dealing with it is a great challenge. Knowing and managing it is very necessary for an efficacious and efficient management of health organizational systems. The objective of the current article is giving some theoretical elements to achieve the sensitization of the system collectives in blending organizational culture with knowledge and management of organizational values. It is a documental review on the theme and the experience obtained by the authors in relation with its conceptualization, elements, characteristics, functions, formation, maintenance and development, and also its barriers, classifications and values as its basis. Organizational culture is considered as one of the main pillars for developing and transforming health organizational systems.
