ABSTRACT

Objective:To understand the inner experience and growth of the students of the mouth-building therapist school in the role-playing practice class, and to explore the effect of the role-playing practice class in the training of the students of the mouth-building therapist school.Methods:Totally 19 students enrolled in a mouth-making therapist school in 2018 as a research object, after teaching the relevant courses such as mouth-building positioning and pocket replacement, the students carried out each other′s mouth-building positioning and pocket-making paste, continuously wearing pocket-making for 3 days, recording 3 days of wearing diaries and interviewing students after removing the pockets.Results:Students gained a real experience of the process of wearing pockets through the role-playing practice class, extracting three themes from the wearing diary and interviews: physical discomfort in wearing pockets, affecting social and psychological; firmly do a good job of professional care confidence.Conclusions:The role-playing practice course can not only be theoretically connected with practice, but also cultivate the nursing humanistic quality of the students, which has good teaching effect and is worthy of promotion in the training course of oral healer.

ABSTRACT

To observe and analyze the effect of conjugated estrogen cream in the treatment of postmenopausal atrophic vaginitis. The 160 patients clearly diagnosed with postmenopausal atrophic vaginitis and treated in our hospital were


selected as subjects and divided into study group and reference group with equal number of cases. The reference group was treated with compound metronidazole suppository, while the study group was treated with conjugated estrogen


cream. The treatment efficacy of the two groups was compared and observed. Comparison of estradiol and folliclestimulating hormone levels after treatment in the two groups show that the study group has obvious advantage over the


reference group, p<0.05; comparison of vagina cleanliness in the two groups after treatment shows the study group is significantly superior to the reference group, p<0.05; comparison of incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups


shows that the study group has lower incidence, with statistical significance in comparison between the groups, p<0.05. Treatment of postmenopausal atrophic vaginitis with combination of conjugated estrogen cream and compound


metronidazole suppository can achieve good results with high safety and reliability

ABSTRACT

Objective To provide reference for the adjustment of provincial health insurance directory by comparing the differences between 2017 and 2009 edition of National Health Insurance Directory(NHID) and exploring the characteristics of NHID adjustment. Methods The Excel 2016 was used to carry out a comparative analysis of the drugs included in the two editions of NHID from the 4 aspects such as classification,drug name,dosage form and payment range. Results The adjustments of NHID in 2017 include drug variety,payment range,drug classification and coding.A total of 339 drugs were added, of which 133 were chemical drugs with a growth rate of 11.4%,and 206 were Traditional Chinese Medicine with a growth rate of 20.0%.In addition,dosage form was added in 149 drug varieties.The adjustment mainly focuses on chronic diseases such as hypertension and diabetes,serious diseases such as cancer,innovative drugs,and pediatric drugs. Conclusion The adjustment of 2017 edition of NHID embodied the policy thinking of "filling,selecting,supporting innovation and encouraging competition". Moreover,the drug classification,name and coding are more scientific and reasonable.
