ABSTRACT

Objective In order to provide some information for the domestication and protection of wild Anisodus tanguticus, therefore to analyze the genetic polymorphism and the relationship of A. tanguticus from Gansu and Qinghai province in China. Methods The amplifying products from 127 DNA based on ISSR makers technique were used to analyze the genetic diversity of 11 populations of wild A. tanguticus. The clustering analysis of the unweighted pair-group method with arithmetic average (UPGMA) and making Mantel test on geographic distance were carried out on the basis of genetic distance abtained, then a dendrogram was constructed. Results Total 131 alleles were amplified by using 10 ISSR primers. The number of alleles in per primer range was 11-15 with an average of 13.1, and 858 polymorphic loci were got finally. The average percentage of polymorphic loci (PPB) was 59.54%. The Nei’s gene diversity (H) and Shannon’s information index (I) were 0.220 4 and 0.325 4 respectively. The genetic distances range was 0.073 3-0.306 2, and Mantel test P = 0.002. Conclusion The genetic polymorphism among 11 populations of A. tanguticus is relatively abundant and there is a directly relationship between genetic distance and geographical distribution among them. There is a high polymorphism among A. tanguticus populations between Gansu and Qinghai and the plentiful genetic diversity of species can provide a reference for the protection and sustainable utilizing of wild A. tanguticus resources.

ABSTRACT

Objective To design an Android-based hand-hold intelligent terminal to meet the requirements for the portability of hyperbaric oxygen therapy information management system. Methods MT6582 processor was used as the primary control unit, which integrated the modules for display, communication, input and output. RAD Studio XE7 was applied to program development, and the main interface had the functions of charging and appointment. Results The hand-hold intelligent terminal gained advantages in stable connection with the server and rapid response, and enhanced the efficiency of hyperbaric oxygen therapy information management system greatly. Conclusion The terminal increases the portability of hyperbaric oxygen therapy information management system, and thus is worthy promoting practically.

ABSTRACT

Objective To develop a teaching and examination system based on Delphi for the obstetric nurse. Methods The teaching materials were collected for the obstetric nurse, the teaching and examination mode was analyzed, and Delphi was used for programming and MySQL database was applied to teaching and examination data. Results The system had easy operation, high stability and rapid response to the database, and could meet the requirements for the teaching and examination of the trainee nurse. Conclusion The system realizes informatization and high expansibility of obstetric teaching and examination, and thus is worthy promoting practically.

Objective To design and develop an information management system based on network database for hyperbaric oxygen therapy to solve the problems in repeated operation,excessive data,copying and etc.Methods Network database was used to establish the information storage unit,design software and hardware architecture as well as develop information treatment units for medical terminal,self service,hand-hold intelligent terminal,appointment App program and etc.Results The system realized rapid printing and recognition of patient information,quick response of server,high accuracy of charging module,and high efficiency of self service terminal and appointment registration.Conchusion The system optimizes hyperbaric oxygen therapy flow,enhances working efficiency of medical staffs and gains high patient satisfaction,and thus is worthy promoting clinically.

Objective To design a self-service terminal for hyperbaric oxygen therapy in order to improve the orderliness and efficiency of hyperbaric oxygen therapy.Methods The hardware included mainframe and cabinet,and the software used human-computer interface.Network database was connected with ADO technology,and Delphi 7.0,Pascal compiling code were applied to code compilation.Results The self-service terminal involved the patient into the information chain of hyperbaric oxygen therapy to enhance the working efficiency and therapy orderliness.Conclusion The terminal behaves well in hardware,software,network database and human-computer interaction,and thus is worthy promoting to medium and large hyperbaric oxygen chambers.

ABSTRACT

<p><b>OBJECTIVE</b>To analyse CT and high resolution computerized tomography (HRCT) diagnostic value and morphologic manifestation in coal miner's pneumoconiosis with pleural pathological changes.</p><p><b>METHODS</b>One hundred and thirty-one cases of coal miner patients with pneumoconiosis (0(+) type: 14 cases, type I: 46 cases, type II: 58 cases, type III: 13 cases) and 20 normal people as control group were first examined by routine CT scan at 4 fixed slices, followed by HRCT examination at the region of interest (ROI). Meanwhile, all of them had high-kV chest radiography.</p><p><b>RESULTS</b>According to the national standard of the People's Republic of China in the diagnosis of coal miner's pneumoconiosis with pleural plaque, 68 cases of pleural disease making up 51.91% (68/131) were found (type I accounted for 17.65%, type II 63.24%, type III 19.12%). The morphologic manifestation of pleural pathology by HRCT could be classified into four types: (1) nodular type: 73.38%, (2) flat type: 18.71%, (3) irregular type: 7.91%, (4) mixed type. The pleural pathological changes were found in thoracic wall pleura (65.02%), surface of mediastinum (22.16%), and pericardium (12.80%), but not found in the top of lung and costo-phrenic angles. The thickness of pleura was often about 5 approximately 10 mm (88.17%).</p><p><b>CONCLUSION</b>Pleural pathological changes were not seldom seen in coal miner's pneumoconiosis. HRCT is a reliable examination method aiding routine CT to show pleural pathological changes, thus it has a great diagnostic and practical value. It is necessary to make a further comparison study between pathology and imagology.</p>

ABSTRACT

<p><b>OBJECTIVE</b>To compare the image quality of T grain green sensitive film (TML-1) and Lanex Gd(2)O(2)S rare earth intensifying screen with that of XK-1 blue sensitive film and calcium tungstate (CaWO(4)) intensifying screen, and to study the application of T grain technic to the diagnosis of lung diseases.</p><p><b>METHODS</b>160 coal miners were randomly selected to take both TML-1 and XK-1 chest film of high kV radiographs at the same time. Silver halide granule, fluorescence of intensifying screen, radiographic parameters, the density at different points in the lung and chest radiographs were observed.</p><p><b>RESULTS</b>Silver grains in TML-1 film were more homogeneous in distribution than in XK-1 film. Luminous intensity of Lanex Gd(2)O(2)S rare earth intensifying screen was brighter than CaWO(4) intensifying screen in the same exposure. The exposure doses of TML-1 film was reduced to one third of XK-1 film. The density of chest radiographs was 0.24 to 2.74 in TML-1 film, and 0.30 to 2.60 in XK-1 film. There were greater exposure latitude and more informations in TML-1 film. By apertured-disc observation, the fine structure of lung in TML-1 film was clearer than in XK-1 film, the shape was more concrete and reliable, visualizability was stronger.</p><p><b>CONCLUSION</b>T grain technique may obviously improve the clearness and resolution of image, and enhance the transmission of information, as well as increase the diagnostic informations.</p>

ABSTRACT

<p><b>OBJECTIVE</b>To study the value of CT quantitativeness in the diagnosis of coal miner's pneumoconiosis.</p><p><b>METHODS</b>104 cases were examined by HRCT scan at top of aortic arc, carina of trachea, 3 cm below the bifurcation of bronchi, among them there were 87 patients with different stages of coal miner's pneumoconiosis, 17 cases of normal males as the control group. All images were determined by CT density histogram at specific region (- 1,024-0 HU). Calculated the percentage of each pixel included a varying number of CT value, and the ratio of density values in the specific region.</p><p><b>RESULTS</b>The ratio of density values in the region of -983 (-) -778 HU was 87.31% in normal control group, and 80.51%, 75.27% and 72.99% respectively in the I, II, III stages of coal miner's pneumoconiosis. There were statistically significant differences among the groups (P < 0.01).</p><p><b>CONCLUSION</b>CT quantitative histogram information was able to observe the fibrosis and its degree of coal miner's pneumoconiosis. It has a good diagnostic value for its reliability and objectiveness.</p>

ABSTRACT

Objective:To study the practical value and imaging expression of target reconstruction technique of HRCT in the diagnosis of pneumoconiosis.Methods:Fifty-seven cases with different level type of pneumoconiosis were first examined by routine CT scan,followed by HRCT examination at top of aortic arch,carina of trachea,3 cm below bifurcation of bronchi,and 2 cm above thd right diaphragm.Target reconstruction have been finished using the raw data stored.Results:Target reconstruction photoimages were cleared to display the morphology of delicate lesions of pneumoconiosis:(1)Nodular shape(100%).(2)Interlobular septal thickening(98.24%).(3)Lobular structure abnormality(98.24%).(4)Subpleural nodes (84.21%).(5)Centrilobular emphysema(63.15%).(6)Subpleural line(64.91%).(7)Bronchiectasis(63.15%).(8)Ground-glass opacity(35.08%).(9)Honeycombing(15.78%),and to display earlier period change details.Conclusion:HRCT target reconstruction technique may make lesion dispaly more detail than comventional and high-resblution CT.It is reliable to display the delicate lesions of pneumoconiosis and provide more diagnostic information.
