ABSTRACT
Sodium chloride [0.1 - 0.4%] decreased the activity of DNase I in root, grain or shoot of 12-days-old wheat [Triticum aestivum cv. Sakha 69] seedling and induced the activity of the enzyme in 8-days-old seedling parts. Sodium sulphate [0.1 - 0.5%] decreased the activity of this enzyme more than NaCI in the tested seedling parts
