ABSTRACT

A case of congenital hydrocephalus is presented where the patient reached the adult age, after having being subjected to multiple shunt procedures. Because of the failure of most conventional techniques, the patient was subjected to ventriculo-intraatrial shunting, which has functioned satisfactorily over a 3 year follow-up period
