Recursos crítico-interpretativos para la psicología social / Critical-interpretative resources for social psychology

El artículo expone una forma de investigación cualitativa (con “C” mayúscula) que nutre un paradigma crítico-hermenéutico en el pensamiento psicosocial contemporáneo y que ha sido cultivado por la psicología social. Igualmente, describe las fuentes que lo nutren, principalmente la hermenéutica, el construccionismo social y la teoría del discurso. adicionalmente, desarrolla algunas de las críticas formuladas por este paradigma a la tradición empírico-analítica en las ciencias psicosociales: la objetividad como correspondencia, la neutralidad valorativa del conocimiento, la universalidad del mismo y la explicación causalista. También muestra la inconmensurable relación existente entre diferentes paradigmas para, finalmente, exponer el abordaje interdisciplinar-crítico-hermenéutico desarrollado por el Grupo de Psicología Social Crítica, el cual desarrolla y aplica la propuesta ecléctica del análisis de discurso de Wetherell.

The article describes a form of qualitative research (with a capital "Q") that feeds a critical-hermeneutic paradigm in contemporary psychosocial thinking and that has been cultivated by social psychology. It also describes some sources that nourish such paradigm, mainly hermeneutics, social constructionism, and discourse theory. Additionally, it develops some of the criticisms of this paradigm to the empirical-analytical tradition in psychosocial sciences: the objectivity as correspondence, the value-free character of knowledge, the universality of knowledge, and the causal explanation. It also shows the existing incommensurability relationship among different scientific paradigms, to finally expose the interdisciplinary critical-hermeneutic approach developed by the Critical Social Psychology Group, which develops and applies the eclectic proposal discourse analysis of Wetherell.

Retóricas eróticas disidentes / Dissident erotic rhetorics

El dilema sobre la normatividad de la sexualidad y el género se ha constituido en un debate de conversación y re-significación continua desde la academia.La transdisciplinariedad que caracteriza los abordajes ha permitido la repercusión en campos diversos, así como la intervención, en muchos casos efectiva, en la arena social cotidiana y jurídica. Lamentablemente el esfuerzo aún no es suficiente como para cuestionar ciertas reglas cotidianas implícitas de la cultura. Estas ontologías sobre la sexualidad y el género, posibilitan algunas narraciones identitarias e imposibilitan otras, reproduciendo a menudo, fobias instauradas desde la lógica heterosexual dominante. La presente investigación surge como una oportunidad para comprender las teorías que nutren los imaginarios sociales de algunas personas con preferencias eróticas no hegemónicas, desde las narrativas de los verdaderos expertos.Se llevó a cabo un estudio cualitativo de carácter ecléctico para el análisis del discurso (Whetherell, 1998). Se analizaron retóricamente aquellos recursos argumentativos que permiten a los participantes articular los diferentes discursos dominantes acerca de la sexualidad y los roles de género, y se buscó reconocer aquellos lugares donde se encuentran las posibilidades de construcción de narraciones satisfactorias y contestatarias, donde las diferentes voces que configuran la identidad logran dialogar.

The dilemma about sexuality and gender regulation has been constituted as a debate of continuous conversation and re-meaning from the academy.The transdisciplinarity which characterizes the approaches, allowed the repercussion in diverse fields as well as the intervention, frequently effective, in the daily social and legal arena. Unfortunately, the effort still isn´t enough in order to challenge certain culture implicit everyday rules. This ontology’s about sexuality and gender make possible some identity narrations and prevent others, often reproducing phobias that are founded from the heterosexual dominant logic. This research arises as an opportunity to comprehend the theories that nourish the social imaginaries of some of the persons who have non-hegemonic erotic preferences, from the narratives of the real experts. For the analysis of the discourse, has been done a qualitative study of eclectic nature (Whetherell, 1998). The argumentative resources that have been rhetorically analyzed are those that allowed participants to articulate the different dominant speeches about sexuality and roles of gender. We also tried to recognize those places where the possibilities of construction of satisfactory and non-conformist narratives are, where the different voices which configure the identity achieve to talk.
